"Chuck Cooper and his team did a phenomenal job taking care of me after my accident in early January. As soon as the accident happened, I contacted Chuck and he immediately started my claim. My claim was started and finished within a week, whereas it took Nationwide almost a month after the accident to contact me. Chuck scheduled me a rental and had a tow truck ready for me all within an hour after the accident. Lacey, is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Every question I had she had an answer for and her and Chuck both walked me through the process step by step. Curt went above and beyond and drove an hour just to save me from making a trip to sign some paperwork. All that said, I cannot thank Chuck Cooper and his team enough for everything they have done for me and continue to do. If you are in need of automobile, life, or housing insurance I highly recommend you reach out to Chuck Cooper and his team. They will have you taken care of in record timing!!"
